Photos and videos are provided to demonstrate actual work, but colours and finishes may appear different depending on lighting, camera settings and your screen.

Site visits, estimates and scope
- An initial phone or WhatsApp discussion is not a final quotation.
- A site visit may be required before confirming the work and price.
- The final scope should identify the surfaces, preparation, materials, colours, number of coats and other agreed work.
- Additional work, concealed damage or conditions discovered after work begins may require a revised estimate and customer approval.
- Prices and availability remain subject to the terms stated in the written estimate or message provided for that project.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate information about the site, disclose known dampness, leakage, structural or electrical risks, provide safe access, remove or protect valuable belongings where reasonably requested, and obtain any permission required from the property owner, society or authority.
Colour, finish and material selections should be confirmed before application. Small differences can occur between samples, digital images and the finished surface because of lighting, texture, base colour and product batches.
Service delivery and timelines
We aim to perform agreed work with reasonable care. Start dates and completion estimates may change because of weather, drying time, access, material availability, hidden surface conditions or events outside reasonable control. Any significant change will be communicated where practical.
Payments, changes and cancellation
Payment stages, deposits, material costs and accepted payment methods will be agreed for each project. Customers should review these terms before approving work. Changes or cancellation requests should be communicated as early as possible. Costs already incurred for labour, travel, special-order materials or completed work may remain payable.
Workmanship and product matters
Any specific workmanship assurance or manufacturer warranty applies only when confirmed in writing for the project and remains subject to its stated conditions. Product performance may be affected by structural movement, active leakage, plumbing defects, rising damp, substrate failure, misuse or work performed by others.
Limitation and external services
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HOME PAINTING SERVICE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve any concern through direct discussion. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
